Train professionals in philosophical, technical and management aspects in order to create a culture of quality so that the implementation of technical standards using the ISO 9000 set of standards is easy and simple in the company.

Profiles

The graduate professional of this specialization will be able to:

• Design and implement Quality Systems.

• Conduct or coordinate a Quality Control department.

• Be a Quality Advisor.

• Analyze and calculate non quality costs.

• Collect, organize, evaluate and analyze statistical information related to quality.

• Implement ISO 9000 and other related rules to any company.

• Perform quality audits.

• Develop plans and programs of education and training for quality control and technical standardization.

• Serve as a facilitator or coach in the organization in all issues related to quality.
