Bachelor in Information and Communications Technology

The Bachelor in Information and Communications Technology is an educator focused on ICT that appropriates the pedagogical knowledge and uses it for the management, design and evaluation of Media Learning Projects which support cultural transformation processes. Therefore, he/she may exercise the following functions:
In the context of the program, training is provided by content structured training centers, these are: educational, psychological, investigative, artistic and linguistic, in which pedagogy becomes the foundational knowledge that articulates the other nuclei through research and educational projects.

From this perspective, the Faculty of Education as a professional in Childhood Education, trained to serve as teachers in universities as academic coordinator, serve in areas of communication in business, writer, researcher and journalist in specialized media.

Introduction

Pereira Technological University offers an innovative project that helps improve the educational process, from proper use of technology tools that make communication, elemental bridge between contemporary cultural dynamics and applied sciences to information for learning. The professional degree in Communication and Computer Education, appropriate pedagogical knowledge and applies it in the design and evaluation of mediated educational projects to support cultural transformation processes. Research and involvement in guiding towards social change and the creation of learning environments, is part of the scope of these professionals, therefore it requires constant updating of knowledge and performance in cultural settings that are conducive idealization of new educational proposals
